This review is for the sprinkler system and yard grading. Faulty sprinklers are a predominant issue in the neighborhood. This is the result of cheap and even second hand materials used. After Castlerock attempted to fix unsuccessfully, I called someone else that walked me through every single issue with original installation. It appears that sprinkler company used by builder was simply dishonest. Grade around the house(s) can also be better. Heavy rains have affected multiple houses in the neighborhood.
