I've seen three different doctors at this practice. Two of them left for unknown reasons, but the doctor I currently see is great…no complaints about them. However, every time I call, the staff is rude. They lack personality and often hang up on you when they think you’re finished talking. They don’t say things like "Have a good day" or "Can I help you with anything else?" Instead, they simply end the call in the middle of the conversation if they think it’s over.
Dr. Bevel is so nice and personable! She really listens to you as a patient.
This office was at one time top notch! That is no longer the case. Stephen Sharpe was my provider for years and I have no but good things to say about him. I have been seeing Marcus Thompson since he left, which he is pretty good too. My complaints are with the staff and how they handle patients now. Ever since Highpoint took it over, it has been AWFUL! The quality of their service is absolutely awful. I think they care about $$$ over actual patient care. I can no longer say I would recommend this office.
