The New owners of this place don't care about the tenants or what you have to say. I'm a renter in a mobile home here at 6728 West Fairview Ave. I have mold inside my walls and other problems with this place. As a renter by law there required to fix things but they refuse to. I've sent in 3 demand letters to them and not a single word from them. Its been close to a year and still nothing has been done. There trying to say I'm responsible for fixing the problem.
