I lived here between 2023-2024 and loved it! Small community with a pool and laundry room. The maintenance guy is cool and the owners are cool. I regret moving but I’m praying they have a downstairs unit available when my lease is up October 25th the downstairs units have backyard area. If upstairs then a balcony like the one I had in this pic. Great place!
I lived here a few years ago. I wish I could give a higher rating but I had autopay turned on my account (like the good tenant I am) and then they charged extra rent 3 times!! They refused to return the money when I asked and just put it towards future months rent. I really loved living there and the owner seemed like a cool guy but that incident really soured things. Gross to do that.
I lived here for 5 years they work with you every way they can and as long as you pay on time or let them know how they are gonna get paid they will work with you till the end I love John and his wife they aways working on the apartments you should give them a try
These apartments are the best! There is a nice NEW parking lot! The apartment is clean and beautiful! I highly recommend living here!
