I had a great n knowledgeable therapist (Terrance) who made the exercises interesting and he gave me a wide variety of them. So much so that my time there flew by. Taping my shoulder n arm, and the biofreeze along with the home exercises has made my progress better n better. I expect to be back to Pickleball n swimming soon.
