Dr Hayes is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He knew my problem from first visit. He took care of it and I have had no problem since.

My experience with Dr Hayes and his staff have always been positive.
Staff at in the office were professional enough. I was seen for about 3 minutes by Dr. Hayes and he ordered a simple lab. The lab was completed and the following day I was called to inform me that my sample had been lost. So, another 50 mile trip the following day to redo the lab. After all of this the office staff incorrectly billed my insurance. I have been on 8-10 phone calls taking up approximently 7 hours of my time attempting to resolve this issue.
