Staff at in the office were professional enough. I was seen for about 3 minutes by Dr. Hayes and he ordered a simple lab. The lab was completed and the following day I was called to inform me that my sample had been lost. So, another 50 mile trip the following day to redo the lab. After all of this the office staff incorrectly billed my insurance. I have been on 8-10 phone calls taking up approximently 7 hours of my time attempting to resolve this issue. The staff was the very definition of patience. Super understanding and kind.
Dr. Hayes and his staff was very professional and timely with every aspect of my health care, they were very compassionate and took time to explain all procedures and were completely understandable about my needs. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends. I would like to say a heart felt thank you to Dr. Hayes and to the Nurses for all that they did for me.
