I received MFM care here from January 1–16 for a high-risk pregnancy. Appointments were rushed, with minimal explanation or counseling. Umbilical artery Dopplers were labeled “absent end-diastolic flow” based on only three quick measurements per visit, typically in ~30-minute ultrasounds. I was repeatedly given worst-case interpretations without context and left terrified and without answers. Staff seems “edgy” whenever I ask a question ♀️ . Like I’m bothering them especially at the end of the day…. Snappy! I loved the Edina location the BEST! Awesome staff, answers all your questions without a attitude! But I needed to save in gas so we came to the Burnsville location thinking they were just as awesome. WRONG. Why if I asks question do you need to be defensive? I wanted to know why you said you SEEN the baby practice breathing when you DIDN’T. I was watching and you lied.
