Took over 2 hours no one came in to tell me how long it would take or if the doctor was behind and finally after 2 hours off just sitting there I walked out

Extremely rude when I asked a simple question and apparently I should have known the answer and was made to feel dumb for asking.
This morning, they closed the drive through on my wife while she was at the window and treated her horribly while she had infant children in the car. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and cruel. My wife works at Fairview and we have always appreciated the staff and services at this pharmacy. I have had friendly conversations with their staff in the past, this really shocked me.
