I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been laughed at and mocked on the phone by this staff. My wife has been treated even worse. This is extremely unprofessional when you have sensitive health information over your patients. I called in a prescription and the lady on the phone made fun of my stutter. That was very unprofessional.
Took over 2 hours no one came in to tell me how long it would take or if the doctor was behind and finally after 2 hours off just sitting there I walked out
I love this pharmacy. They are always willing to help. The staff is friendly, they go above and beyond! Thank you, Fairview Prior Lake/ Ridge Valley Clinic! 🙂
