Staff is great…friendly….good food…place kept clean…plenty of activities…I can decorate my room as I chose..

This picture was stolen from a patients room on the fourth floor at Fairview Home. My name Colleen St Louis is on the back of it. Also a blanket I gave my friend at Christmas was stolen by a male employee. He was questioned by my friend when he tucked it under his arm. He told her he was taking it to be cleaned and he’ll bring it back after. 4 months later it is still not back. Perhaps I need to go to the police. No one seems to care about these thefts.

Staff are argumentive and disrespectful. I’ve been in health care for over 30 years. I have never seen anything like it. I had staff telling me that they wanted him to leave kept on saying why can’t you take them back to Ontario and admittedly said that they try not to ever go in his room. I’m sorry, but I’ve worked in Manitoba and I’ve worked in Ontario and I have never seen this and things that were said and done he would be fired immediately.
