Came in to speak about my adhd symptoms and right away the doctor puts his phone on record on the table which is illegal to record someone else's voice without their permission in the state of illinois and against HIPPA. He then tells me he cannot continue my prescription because of how they are cracking down on medications. Got charged a huge medical bill 15 months after a procedure when we were initially told insurance would cover it. Got a referral in the first place, before the procedure, to make sure insurance would cover it. 15 months later, got the bill for it. Called the doctor to get a copy of the referral to send to the insurance company, and the doctors office "lost" it and said they had no record of it. Let me say this first. I dont. Like doctors,but dr. Syed is so much better than a doctor. He's been my doctor for so many years and he is really the only one who listens to me like a friend. He's a great doctor and person. I'd give him 5
