Got charged a huge medical bill 15 months after a procedure when we were initially told insurance would cover it. Got a referral in the first place, before the procedure, to make sure insurance would cover it. 15 months later, got the bill for it. Called the doctor to get a copy of the referral to send to the insurance company, and the doctors office "lost" it and said they had no record of it. Let me say this first. I dont. Like doctors,but dr. Syed is so much better than a doctor. He's been my doctor for so many years and he is really the only one who listens to me like a friend. He's a great doctor and person. I'd give him 5
