Do not recommend! Inadequate care!! My one year old son was having difficulty breathing and had low oxygen levels and still had me wait in lobby. Then I finally go back to a room and they don’t monitor him, they hooked him up and it lasted about 15m and it cut out and they never came to check on it or him. Hours later the doc came in to say “as long as the oxygen levels is 90 or above then there’s nothing to worry about” BUT how would we know oxygen levels when he wasn’t monitored??? I have come here twice and had my life saved here twice. I would like to thank Antonette Marie, the steps she took went above and beyond. Herself and her team took great care of me. From front desk to room to treatment happened extremely quick and I am grateful I live so close to such high-quality care. There are staff members I am not even aware of that also contributed to my quick care, again thank you.
As I was in the ER, in a lot of pain and swelling, the DR that was there who was fairly new, Dr. Jetty, he came into my room, listened to my lungs, and said "you will be good". I didn't go in thER to hear that from the DR, I came in there to get pain relief and to have my arm and neck looked at. When there is swelling and inability to move a limb there is something wrong. I told the DR what other Dr's normally do to help with the pain and he said "oh no, we are not doing any of that stuff". What i should have done is asked f... read more
