Simon Elliott was the most unhelpful person ever, he constantly gave me incorrect information and I wouldn’t trust him as I was he constantly ran me around. This was a really disappointing service.
Called in to see if Fairview Ford Cambridge could do a service on our Ford Ranger as we are travelling around towing a caravan. Simon in the service department managed to fit the service in early the next morning which was exceptional as they had mentioned that they were very busy . Very excellent service and they even cleaned our vehicle at no extra charge. Once again top service from the Ford team. Cheers Noel.
A grateful thank you to the service team for coming to our rescue last week when a drive belt broke on our car, leaving us stranded on our way home from Hamilton. They were obviously busy but managed to fit the repair in for us.
