If I could leave negative stars I would. Beware, Landlord's word means nothing and always has excuses as to why it takes so long to make repairs. Was told by landlord upon moving in that bathroom fans would be repaired. Five months in and still no working fans. Contaminated well water, black mold nondisclosure, rotten floors covered with new vinyl flooring, exposed electric wiring. The list could go on. If you do rent from this slumlord take pictures with time & date stamp and watermark of the condition when you move in
