I don't normally write reviews, but I simply could not let the amazing talent and customer service by Catie Stack go unnoticed. I needed to remodel my kitchen due to a water leak. Since this was a major expense I knew I had to get it done correctly. Even though I had my idea of what I wanted, Catie pointed out things I did not think of such as how drawers were positioned, or the flow of the traffic in the kitchen, and the materials that were new and might meet my needs. Terrible customer service. They don't return phone calls or refund cancelled orders in a timely fashion. I used a credit card, but the "policy" states that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a CHECK refund! Also, the sales rep contradicted himself trying to explain crucial details of the door we wanted to order. We were shocked when the correct door arrived.
