I volunteered here back in 2005. It was a nice place to volunteer at.
The young staff are unprofessional, always on their phones.
Took a tour of the long-term care facility. Brent was an excellent tour guide! Got a chance to talk to various staff members, and they understood and recognized my family member's complex needs. They answered all question, and went so far to explain and/or demonstrate how they could address the complex needs. Place is a bit institutional looking, but pleasantly decorated.
