One of the employees, an Indian woman with glasses and a braid is so rude and has a nasty attitude.
My mother-in-law just moved there and we are pleased that she is in a safe place.
We just completed the intake process for my mother-in-law and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Genuine kindness, compassion and a commitment to excellence were on full display during what can be an emotionally fraught process.
