Took a tour of the long-term care facility. Brent was an excellent tour guide! Got a chance to talk to various staff members, and they understood and recognized my family member's complex needs. They answered all question, and went so far to explain and/or demonstrate how they could address the complex needs. Place is a bit institutional looking, but pleasantly decorated. As long as you fit into the one size fits all category they seem alright. If not though don't expect any kindness or compassion from any one here.
Very toxic environment, some of the managers needs to be more professional( some courses won’t hurt) They don’t response to an email, a call, even though they’re in the building all day!!!!!! If they sit and do their jobs instead of talking and flirting with other people that would awesome. It’s a senior community not a club.
