Dr Chu is a good dr. Unfortunately his office staff is always changing and not for the betterment of his practice most personel in his office are not caring and short with patients. Long wait times in his office and even longer wait to get in are a few of the reasons i am looking else where. I have been a patient of Dr Chu for 25years.
Dr Chu is compassionate, and highly professional, more of an old school physician. He takes time, asks questions and follows up on things. He knows his patients very well. You don't feel rushed and you are able to make informed decisions about your health care. I was always able to make short notice appointments for acute health issues. They have a patient portal for effective communication- it is user friendly and they respond in timely fashion to my messages.
