I visited this clinic yesterday for the first time with my wife and kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen and made us feel comfortable. The lady at the front desk was amazing as well. She was working alone but handled everything so efficiently managing patients, answering phone calls, and even taking kids’ weight though. She was fast, organized, and very friendly. Highly recommended to everyone.
This is a last resort medical centre. My experience: I've never had such a rude encounter with a doctor my entire life -- she jumped out of her chair and ran out of the room at the thought I had a contagious infection, and we were *both* wearing face masks. No 'Feel better'; 'Goodbye'; 'Take care,' or any of the very normal, characteristic things any doctor would say in that situation. No follow up or other advice. I had a very good experience at Fairview Medical Center, Mississauga. Dr. Asma is extremely calm, kind, and professional. She listened to all my problems very carefully and patiently, gave me her full attention, and guided me very well. She explained everything clearly and prescribed the right medicine, which made me feel confident and cared for. The reception staff is also very helpful, polite, and welcoming, with very nice behavior. Overall, a great clinic with excellent service. Highly recommended.
Don't be fooled with what the review stars are. Every experience is unique and it's really a challenging health care system to be in. You need to rely on good practices and good practioners. Today I walked in with my child who had 1 ear that was painful. We didn't wait long, the front staff was very polite and helpful.
