Dr. Kavosian and the rest of the staff here have treated me great for the times I've had appointments. Very thankful to have a clinic so close to home and readily available. Contacting them has been prompt and I've felt very pleased with their customer service. Thank you!
Most of the doctors at this clinic are great! The big problem is trying to get through to the clinic as the front-desk staff appear to be run off their feet and don't have enough time to answer the phone. It seems that 90% of the time when I call (during business hours - not at lunch time) I cannot get through, and they do not have an answering system (your call is just disconnected if no one answers) - leaving you with no way to communicate with them about booking or changing appointments. tells me they have all the extensions of the doctors on their voicemail. yet they dont. been calling for months, tried a random extension and finally got through. awful system and when i asked about it the lady at the desk fought back about it saying it was her voice. change things please, i havent been able to see the doctor in over a year due to this issue.
