This has to be one of thee worst nursing homes ever, don’t put your love ones there, the manager to the staff care is horrible, They can’t even get a soda or snacks unless they buy them, their not equipped for severe cases nurses knows sugar honey ice tea.Wounds care is horrible the whole place needs closed down.ratio is 32-1 or 32-2 which u can’t provide proper care.When u address issues they sweep it under the rug like the nurse choking someone or a nurse drunk give wrong meds the list goes on, no matter how much we call S... read more
Our family had a very upsetting experience with Fairview Manor while a loved one was a resident from August 14–19, 2026. We had serious concerns about the timeliness of personal care, existing and additional pressure sores, a meal from which flies came when the container was opened, and an inappropriate interaction involving physical therapy. Is my mom second day here and the only think I don’t like is that we press that bottom they take so long to check what is going on i even need to go and look for them so i imagine when shes by herself
FOR ONE THING THE ROOMS CAN BE KEPT CLEANIER. TRACY THE HOUSE KEEPER DONT CLEAN .DONT LOOK LIKE SHE DOES ANYTHING AT ALL .SHE COULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB FOR THE RESIDENTS THATS FOR SURE
