They do a good job of keeping it clean. Food is always good and staff are pleasant and helpful.
My son is at this facility currently and there are number of things that need to be addressed. It takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes before his call button is answered. When the iv bag is empty and starts beeping he has to get out of his bed and turnoff the beeping because it is a long time before someone comes to turn it off His room is never disinfected or cleaned. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL!!! Residents don’t get changed often and have to sit in their waste and pee all day and no one seems to care about it. Please don’t take your parents/ family or anyone at that here at all!!
Not prepared to help surgical recovery. Spent all day to have vitals taken and insulin still hasn't happened. Definitely picked wrong facility to heal from major surgery.
