Horrible experience living there. Abusive and pathetic management by Catherine Maxwell. She couldn't even prepare the medication or meals without constantly complaining. John (the owner) seems to care more about the money than the clients wellbeing. Also had multiple instances where another resident showed me weapons he had made and he had a fight with the next door neighbour. He lost that fight.
This place seems good on the surface but anything but unfortunately I feel very sorry for residents as their vulnerability is exploited&most families are none the wiser. Rupert gave me a bleak response regarding his future there&spends most time alone,saw him get bullied&a people pleaser who wants to see the good despite feeling trapped So much $ paid for tiny rooms,horrible standard of food mostly&faeces remnants left in toilets often.The NDIS component is extremely abused&told 5 minute bed change charged at the hour,exerci... read more
