He'll show up really early in the morning and mow your lawn all by himself. He'll also park inconsiderately and block the street or park on your sidewalk even if / especially if you ask him not to.
I just bought a house with a 1.5 acre plot and the sellers did not maintain the property leading up to the sale. The grass had not been cut and there was an incredible amount of leaves everywhere.
