My friends brought their jeep in to get the differential replaced. Then all the drive shafts needed replacing. They did the work, but when my friend drove it home, loud banging started underneath. Turns out the new drive shaft was just about falling off the vehicle. Had to escalate the issue to get them to agree to cover the towing costs, but has now been a month, and still don't have vehicle back. Brutal

Should have learned from my experience 11 years ago from dealing with them when I bought a vehicle with numerous mechanical issues which they hid from me. North of 5k in repairs. The clutch pedal was on the floor due to the slave cylinder going bad. We fulltime RV so only have a finite time in each city we visit. I called Fairview Jeep to make an appointment to get it fixed before we arrived. Christa, the service rep, advised me they didn't have any open appointments until 2 days after our scheduled departure. So, we set up the appointment anyway and were prepared to hang out for a week at the RV. To my amazement, she got the Jeep in the shop and fixed it in a day. WOW!! That is 7-star service! Apologies to the rest of the staff for this review. I booked a diagnostic - a diagnostic only - for my jeep, second time this week because the first time, I waited an hour and it wasn’t even in the shop yet. Came back days later and waited more than 2 1/2 hours before asking if it was almost done. The receptionist said to me ‘it’s not a plug and play’ and went to check to the progress. I do not recommend buying from the dealership. Was told the brakes and rotors were replaced then start hearing loud squealing noise coming from the brakes, take it in to a brake shop and find out nothing was done
