A huge shoutout to Ryan Coy and the incredible service team at Fairview! My Ram 1500 was dealing with some tricky wiring issues and had already been to two other dealerships without success. Ryan’s persistence and expertise tracked down the problem, and now my truck is running perfectly again. Thank you, Ryan, and the whole service team!
Edit: To the person that replies to reviews, I already talked to the service manager before I paid to get my vehicle back. He was not help full at all and the work that I wanted done was still never done. You charged me almost 800 for no reason other then to waste my time, again everything they found would have taken less then 30 mins and I was charged for 5 hours. Made appointment to have radio looked at because my uconnect was not working. This is the 3rd time having it looked at . Made appointment sat and waited 3 hours and they did not even look at it. Went to service desk got my keys and left . Very disappointed
