Wouldn't use them again as a builder. I've had a lot of issues with the quality of work/product since it was built two years ago including broken windows, leaks, poor flooring installation, and peeling paint. Anything I did contact them about they were reluctant to or offered no help. As the problems kept mounting I eventually gave up.
