Not too expensive, $8 for up to 24 hours. Usually plenty of spaces above 3rd floor. No charge for 1st hour helpful desk and volunteers
WORST valet service ever. They had 6 workers standing around while they made us wait in a line to go one by one while all the workers stood there twiddling their thumbs. Had to wait 20 mins just for them to finally move our car to the first spot and then had to wait another 5-10 mins just to get out of the car. Ridiculous. AND they’re rude. For a place that wants patients to have a sense of urgency to get to their appointments you’d think the workers would make it a smooth experience.
I think it's a shame that a hospital charges to park. You are there for a procedure or to visit a love one. I'm sure Cleveland Clinc doesn't need the money. Where is the compassion for people especially those visiting a sick family member or friend. Shame on you Cleveland Clinic!
After 16 days of parking, paying inside, the gates do not work properly. Wouldn't open 14 of th 16 days. When you press the call button no answers. Finally they open.then they try to bill you 2 or 3 times the price. Need to do maintenance on their system
