Came here and was refused care dr grabbed my legs amd hurt me after refusing me care I had a pulse of 101 and high over 180 blood pressure then I get calls days later of abuse at home screening terrorizing me putting me in fear. I feel i have no where to go for care without persecution or abuse degrading treatment I just had a pouring out nose bleed week proir

I recently had a collapsed lung and was brought to this facility. Alec and Doug helped me tremendously. I’m having a hard time remembering the other nurses who assisted, but everyone was kind and caring. The EMTs who brought me to BMC from there were also amazing. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped me.

I had a great experience at Fairview Hospital. The entire care team - doctor, nurse, technicians - had wonderful bedside manor and explained what they were doing without condescension. Reviews will always be mixed on wait time, but I was quickly seen by the nurse, and then there was little down time between all of the tests conducted and discussions with the doctor.

Literal quote from the ER doctor today "Well welcome to the Berkshire! We don't have a MRI here. We can do a cat scan at best. We can't cure you but we can help with pain management." I mean seriously?
