I was in the emergency and as you can imagine they were very busy. I can only say I received excellent quality pleasant care from every staff member I had contact with! From the Nurses, he gentleman that came to pictures of my heart, the Dr's and the visiting Dr's from MNGI. I would never go anywhere else. Excellent care Excellent people!
One star doesn't usually get checked but for this hospital I wish I could give it a Zero. First time I had to go into the ER there was somewhat okay. However it's been getting worse. I have a pacemaker and stents placed and also diabetes. So anytime I'm feeling extremely ill I don't have family to assist with me. Being the soul survivor and no one to help me I try to get assistance with either my doctor or going to the ER. But the most recent visit was horribly rude. Was driving and started to have some issues with my heart, drove from Duluth to Burnsville. The only hospital sign on the interstate ! I pulled in and received great service from the first person I talked to and things only got better with the excellent staff

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience here was. The staff was very helpful and concerned about me and my injuries. Definitely 5 stars from me. Thanks and God bless to all whom helped me while I was there. 💯❤
