i went because i was experiencing symptoms that seemed cardiovascular. my main nurse was very kind, but one of the male nurses put eight nicotine patches on me at once. i asked for patches because im addicted to nicotine and i wasn’t sure how long id be there. i was only there for four hours. they also gave me antihistamines when i told them i had already taken benadryl and it caused me to hallucinate.
I came here today I had trouble with my breathing for the last couple of days, when I got here the nurses were so rude I have been sitting here waiting for a nurse to call my name for 2+hours at this point I could have died in the hospital , finally the nurse calls my name then send me back out within 3 mins now I’m waiting in the office again took them 4-5 hours to get me seen worse hospital in Burnsville it absolutely disgusted me how they are treating people🤮
Me and my daughters went there today for labs. Front desk staff are not present during the time of work, they have closed, lights are off, i went to the lab services to let her know that front desk staff arent there, she gave me attitude that she doesnt believe, so she have to walk to the front desk to check if what i was saying was true, and she found out I was right, but she had that annoyed look on me, she said she will check us in, but then she informed me that she cant check us in, i felt like discriminated and she deni... read more

NEVER EVER GO HERE IF YOUR A PERSON OF ANY OTHER RACE BUT WHITE. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE RUDE NASTY AND RACIST. AND THEIR ULTRASOUND TECHS ARE BY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SHE REFUSED TO SEE ME FOR MY BABY SAFETY DUE TO MY RACE. I DROVE OVER 2 HOURS TO HAVE THIS ULTRASOUND AND WAS TURNED AWAY BY WHAT THEY CALL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS DUE TO MY RACE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE DISCRIMINATION THEY SHOWED TODAY IM DISGUSTED BY THEIR STAFF.
