It's funny this place was so highly recommended, because it seems others have had the same issue. I honestly am unable to comment on their work quality because I got the run around on a quote for over a month, and each time I called in regards to it, I got transferred to someone else telling me they will get back to me. I've worked in construction for 15 years, and if it took me a month to quote a concrete job, I would be out of business.
The same thing happened to me when I call and wrote a negative review after they refused to come fix my Grandmother's sliding glass door. The door came off the track and wouldn't close all the way. For the last 7 days it has been unfixed because she lives all alone and I am currently out of the state on business. When I called and told Fairview about the situation, they just laughed (literally) and said, "sorry, sir we don't fix incompetence". Like Wtf?! Then came the creepy call. This is out of control!!!!
If you are looking for gutters... Fairview Home Improvement did an awesome job. They gave us a fair price and within a week they installed the gutters. On the day of installation, the workers were professional and respectful. They were done installing the gutters on our home in 4 hours. When they left, they cleaned up all of their mess to the point we couldn't even tell they were at our home.
