My fireplace was over 18 years old and it had not worked in over 3 years. I also did not know who the manufacturer was, which did not help my cause. The best vendor we worked with during our house renovation. We purchased a fireplace and needed a coordinated installation between them and our general contractor — they handled everything seamlessly. The product arrived in perfect condition and was installed flawlessly. We had a woodturning fireplace that we converted to gas in the fall. I reached out to several vendors however had the best experience with Paul. I am so glad we decided to work with Fairview. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and helpful. I have recommended them to friends and now making it official as I'm so pleased with the overall experience especially the results, cozy fire at the click of a button.
I had a great experience with Fairview. Ernesto was very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection and sales process. Paul and Carolyn were very responsive with scheduling and followup and James, Larry and others were very professional with the installation and start-up. We had a great experience with Fairview Hearthside. We decided to go with an electric fireplace for a few different reasons and we looked on Amazon where they sell very cheap options Fairview only carries high-quality brands.
