I had a great experience with Fairview. Ernesto was very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection and sales process. Paul and Carolyn were very responsive with scheduling and followup and James, Larry and others were very professional with the installation and start-up. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs. I have the Heat&Glo 6KX which we love.
We had a great experience with Fairview Hearthside. We decided to go with an electric fireplace for a few different reasons and we looked on Amazon where they sell very cheap options Fairview only carries high-quality brands. They definitely cost a little more, but in my opinion, it was worth it. Their customer service was EXCELLENT. They came back no questions asked to address any and all minor details. I had a fantastic experience with Fairview Hearthside, particularly with Carolyn, Paul, and James. Fairview Hearthside was recommend to me by Dimitria from HALO home inspection. When I initially scheduled an appointment, Carolyn made the process incredibly easy and convenient. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, one technician fell ill on the day of our appointment.
