Bought a ford everest recently. The sales person was great and vehicle is good too. However the complimentary services are bad. Didn’t at least get a key tag as a complimentary gift where as other car sales places have offered expensive wines and gift baskets with way less expensive vehicle purchases.
Sad to see Karen go, really enjoyed her service. Purchased 2 cars through her connecting us with a sales man and full service history with her since 2014. You have let a good one go.
Very rude staff. I inquired about the car and asked for more details via email. The sales guy Adrian sent me that info. In less than 24 hours, he sent me a rude email claiming I didn’t reply to his email and that he spent time providing me with the information (which is part of his job). Well, I can only imagine what kind of post-sale service they would offer. Probably never will deal with them. Avoid it if you can.
