First time here and unfortunately for us it was time for Onyx, 12 year old cat, to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Over the past few years we have lost other cats from kidney issues. Sadly Spooky and Boots, their health nose dived within a 24-48 period with their kidneys and we had to make that sudden decision to let them go. Christina is amazing I called the clinic when I was disappointed with my gateway products she did everything possible and took the up most care with how distraught I was, she went above and beyond to rectify A situation that was in no way her fault and I will be forever grateful to her for that. She deserves a raise.
