This company is awesome! Great customer service and repeated ability to get repairs done quickly and inexpensively. We moved recently and Grant came out and repaired one of the garage doors without trying to upsell us. Then the other door had an issue and we called the company at 7 a.m. and a very nice woman answered the phone and Grant was here several hours later - impressive by itself - and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Fairview came out to look at repairing my door and got measurements and model numbers and just never came back. I have called repeatedly and they don’t return my calls. Left an email asking them to just let me know if they don’t want to do the job and they did not return that either. Left scratching my head
I don't write google reviews, but I felt like I had to for this place. We had a garage door spring break, and I called 10 companies for estimates to replace both springs. Fairview Door answered the phone every time I called, was very friendly and helpful, and their price was literally less than half the most expensive place. It was $100-150 below most estimates. Great service and repair!!! One of the springs had broken on our door opener. Grant came out to look at it and was able to replace the spring right then. Grant was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed. After replacing the spring, he went above and beyond by tightening a loose strut he had noticed on our 25 year old garage door, and then he greased everything to make it quieter.
