the last step floss was not processed completely, only several teeth were flossed, not all the teeth.
My claim wasn't submitted properly to insurance so it was denied. They sent me a bill, when I asked them about it, they said the insurance company wanted more information and not to worry about it. But, recently I got a bill from a collection agency with $277 in fees for a $1300+ collection amt. Won't go back with this to look forward to.
