I was glad that 1 I was able to get in sooner than expected and 2 that I was given updates on what was happening as it was occurring and a fairly thorough explanation of what it all meant going forward and my choices. Staff were also friendly.
My last two appointments was not a good one, my appointment was at 2:30 and I had to wait more than an hour before I was seen. This is the second appointment I've had to wait, it seems to me that the dentist is taking care of everyone else and putting me last. I hope this is not the case because I'm Black, they don't seem as friendly to me as they are to other(white)patients. This is the second time I've been told he's running behind.
