I started on this office with Dr.Chafin and he made a great choice in who kept the excellent customer and family feel alive! They take pride in their work!
Very nice and professional technicians. HOWEVER, financially dishonest, took my insurance card and said they accept my insurance. Performed the needed procedure said they sent bill into my insurance but never did. Also, xrayed my teeth multiple times, unnecessarily. Charged me over $4000 and never applied to my insurance, I paid the full amount because I am a sucker, it put me in a bind for a long time.
