I am extremely concerned about the evaluation conducted at this office. My father has a documented history of neurological and cognitive issues, including prior diagnoses from multiple neurologists and neuropsychologists. Despite this, the evaluation performed here appeared to be based on limited information and did not fully consider his medical history or ongoing health conditions.
