Nursing staff are the only good thing about this place. Dr's can't be bothered to actually show up to work or put in the orders. Dad went to ED with ascites and was told to get a paracentesis but never put an order in to get it. He went back to ED after I spoke with a nurse to get it done and the ED sent him back home since there are no radiologists. No one can seem to put the order on his chart or actually do the procedure. Very Happy with this place.
Had to reschedule 4 appointments all because of over scheduling. I will be sending a bill for each cancelation the way your office would. My time is worth $500.00 for each 10 minutes, that's my rate. Also your rating indicates it is a constant trend.
Called me to tell me my MRI hadn’t been approved so I cancelled my MRI. Next day they called me and said my MRI was approved. Then told me I no longer could get my MRI appointment I had scheduled less than 24 hours later. Resulted in me having to reschedule appointments, prolong pain, increased cost to me and reschedule all appointments including MRI. Horrible customer service. No apologies and no explanation for their actions. Poor patient care. No accountability for mistakes they make.
