Employees not wearing masks. Can't get through on the phone. 15 minutes late for an appointment during to traffic accident, tried to call, can't get through, nurse left early because it is Friday and now can't be seen. Save your time and health and go elsewhere. 4 months of dealing with covid and they still can't figure our how to set up stanchions.
I was in and out with blood work and MRI's done, staff was great, they were really nice and respectful to me as I was to them, they ( front desk and nurses ) were all wearing masks. I will be returning to Fairweiw Columbia Heights Clinic again. Great service.

The doctor we saw was great! However, I have been to this clinic a handful of times now and every single time we have received an icy reception. The women who sit at the front desk offer no sort of greeting. They seem more annoyed that you are there, interrupting their conversation with each other. As my daughter and I sat waiting for our appt, the nurse walked out and looked around. She walked over to us, saying nothing. I had to ask her if we were who she was looking for.
