I came in after 5 days of severe throat pain and additional symptoms not improving. I reported my negative at home test results. The doctor tested me for 2 additional illnesses. Both results were negative. There was no follow up provided on next steps or recommendations in the notes other than “if your symptoms worsen or don’t improve…” It feels like the max capability is to test for 4 things and throw their hands up. They used to be so good. I've been a patient for decades but now it's time to leave. Issue after issue. Nobody cares anymore. Had to wait 5 days after a CT scan (which they said I'd have results in 24 hrs) to get my doctor to explain the results. Please note, she explained my results only after I emailed and asked. 5 of the longest days of my life and she could have emailed me the next day. Been two clinic many times about same thing white stuff and blood in my stool. even brought in sample of only to be told not right container but was never given one. When to have colonoscopy where I guess they found a parasite lining my colon. Doc was to put me on treatment plan but primary left so nothing was done . 3 Months later I go in for ear infection and that's when I found out.
