Horrible owner ship, many rules that don’t actually help the residents. Maintenance waits until last minute IF they do come at all to fix an issue.
I've lived here off and on for over 30 years multiple homes it's always been a great place to live but the last park manager was the worst! Glad he's gone!
I have paid the maintenance Man security deposit and first month rent in January 7 2026 and still not in, I have been asking for my money back and haven’t received anything yet and still not in. Just horrible service I would NOT recommend this to anyone
