Fairtonoaks was a quiet community. A place used to be kept clean. Now we have piss poor management and no maintenance,trash allover property. A lot of empty mobile homes that are not sailing, And residents are putting their mobile homes up for sale.They what out because of what Fairtonoaks has became..
I never lived in a trailer , I go camping and it's not a far stretch. I have seen many mobile home communities & they have no wooded lots, hardly any trees, very rare is there a body of water. However, I really liked Fairton Oaks. The ride to it was very scenic, the "park" itself had plenty of trees, surrounded by woods, and it was in a country type setting. I had never heard of Fairton Oaks, and could not even recall such a community out that way. If I were to ever live in a trailer , that would be the community for me.
