There is nothing better than Northern Lake Michigan Whitefish that is so fresh it was swimming earlier in the day.
Joe was nice to talk to. Gave me a tip to help me fillet and a fillet knife to help. Joe also gave me a sample of my first smoked white fish. Awesome 👌.
