Nice people. Parking lot filled with all the U-Haul rentals you need.
Honest, direct, don't waste your time. They specialize in Honda & Acura but overall good mechanic. Came here for a second opinion when I thought something was off with my first mechanic - found my guy.
They are fantastic! I normally go to Lexus, but recently the service at Bob Johnson Lexus has been less than satisfactory. Not only did Fairport Auto do an amazing job, but I saved $200 in the process. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced, and best of all your car is in good hands. I highly recommend Fairport Auto for all of your car needs. I know I will not be going back to Lexus.
The renting process was without issue and was done in a lovely older building. The person at the desk was polite and helpful. Such a nice fellow at the desk.
Id rent a u-haul from someone else. Disappointment. Go elsewhere!I do not trust this group at all. I would avoid at all costs. I would go someplace else to rent a u-haul. OMG, Urgent to avoid.
