Family member lives here. Main driveway is full of pot holes. There lot rent keeps going up ! Very hard for families to Leeper up due to increases.
A friend of mine lost a kid there in one of their giant potholes. Don't loose your car in one, they are huge. Kinda like a mini grand canyon...
2025 UPDATE: It’s gotten worse - not better. Another new manager. Same shady happenings. I think it’s about time to group up and lawyer up. I’ve talked to quite a few in the park who would be down to start class action law suits. If anyone else is up for it - find me on facebook and message me.
