Family member lives here. Main driveway is full of pot holes. There lot rent keeps going up ! Very hard for families to Leeper up due to increases.
A friend of mine lost a kid there in one of their giant potholes. Don't loose your car in one, they are huge. Kinda like a mini grand canyon...
2025 UPDATE: It’s gotten worse - not better. Another new manager. Same shady happenings. I think it’s about time to group up and lawyer up. I’ve talked to quite a few in the park who would be down to start class action law suits. If anyone else is up for it - find me on facebook and message me. Buying a house here has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The owners and managers are completely dishonest and are thieves. They promise changes but after being here for years I have seen nothing change for the better while they constantly increase lot rent because they know your only option is to sell your home. The park itself is not attractive with minimal maintenance, very few trees or other landscaping, and pavement that is mediocre at best.
