The Pits I would definately not recommend shoppping here. They offer incredible good sales to draw in the crowd, but they offer junk that I would not want to feed to my dog, if I had one. Most items are spoiled. Why? I do not know. Customer Service is horrible. You have to fight really hard to get a situation taken care of. Good prices is not worth it. I would rather pay higher prices for quality food and good customer service in the event something went wrong. Run the Other Way!
I think it's improving I have been shopping here for several years because sometimes they offer good sale prices, however, I was not completely satisfied with the cusomer service and merchandise quality. I always had to fear buying quality food. Food was spoiled or outdated, so, I had to shop very carefully. They always claimed that there was a mistake in prices too. They made returning difficult too. I understand that they are under new management, So, maybe things will change. It looks much better.

Fairplay Finer Foods has moved into the new millineum The store was pretty good before, but w/the remodeling, it is much nicer, the meat & produce move fast so it's fresh, meat dpt will make up a package 4 you
Shopping Fairplay since it was known as Eagle Don't agree with the reviews that I have read. Never once have I found to have purchased bad food and I have shopped there for almost the past 30 years. Very friendly customer service and I hope the good folks over there keep it up.
Not the best, but usually even open on holidays This isn't the nicest store in the area, but they tend to be open even on holidays when other stores are closed. This has been a life saver in the past. Plus, it's basically set up similar to a Jewels, so you can usually find what you're looking for. It's also conveniently located for after church shopping.
