Rushed didn’t care about anything was terrible customer service and was so rude the whole time, was really bossy and angry.
What terrible service. 18 March 2026 @ 1:25pm. I'm not even sure this person works there or is a friend and the real beautician went to the bathroom. Enter the store, not even a "hello". Sit down and politely asked to get my eyebrows waxed. Not happy because threading is better. Three, yes THREE little peels later and my eyebrows were "done". No tweezing the random hairs in between or even removing the leftover wax and to top it off, no applying calming lotion to the eyebrow location to assist with the redness. Last time eve... read more

I got my eyebrows waxed, threaded and henna applied and I am honestly so thrilled with my results. The lady that looked after me was able to take a walk in appointment which was so appreciated. The shop decor was really pretty and smelt lovely. The chair was also so comfy, it was a really luxurious experience. Whilst I wouldn’t say it was super cheap, it also wasn’t over the top expensive either considering the wonderful service. I am thrilled as I have been looking for a place like this.
