Lovely apartments but no warning about the additional monthly fees. Utilities go up sickeningly high every month because of an erroneous CAM charge that no one can seem to explain or mentioned before signing the lease. Office staff are nice but never answer the phone or return calls. I have two work orders (window stuck and tub needs to be repainted) ignored for months that I had to put in twice, still with no response. Lived here 2021 through 2023. During this time management changed about 7 times (When our lease was due to expire, we never received a renewal offer so while attempting to contact someone/anyone to give notice to vacate we had to just write a letter hoping they would get it). Maintenance requests took over a week to get fixed (in our last month and a half they never came and fixed our microwave so imagine going that long without that appliance). Dog poop everywhere. Lived here for a few years and this year we will be moving. The areas getting bad, lots of trash that doesn't get picked up. We have poop all over from dogs. No one picks up. Homeless people digging through our dumpsters. And the absolute WORST is the MAINTENANCE GUY SANTOS. He lies, he never showsup, has a horrible attitude. Rude. I wait for days and then he tells the manager I wasn't home. He just never showed up and was supposed to fix the blinds, the washer and dryer took two weeks to fix.
