we did not use Syracuse pool and patio for our pool , but we did use their concrete guy for our concrete .We hired their concrete guy Trey based on the fact he worked for this company. BIG MISTAKE! the concrete was poured two months ago. the concrete is terrible!! he never even brushed the concrete when it was poured ! It is flaky and ugly. two months and Trey has never come to remove the frame work or fix the concrete! he didn’t square up the foundation at all and the whole project is terrible!!! Joe and his crew came out promptly to give me a quote for replacing my very old pool liner. They were very reasonable. They discovered some issues under the liner and immediately fixed them. The liner was in the same day and not a wrinkle to be found. Highly recommend!
Jeff is very knowledgeable about pools! He got my Aunt’s pool up and running and crystal clear. I would highly recommend.
Just left there I have been looking for a hot tub. This was one of the places I stopped they have none on display except for one out front. When asked if I could be helped I asked if they sold hot tubs. The kid at the desk said yes let me grab you a brochure. He went into a office and walked out not saying anything. I was just in and the service was great! Jeff took the time to explain everything I needed to know and was extremely knowledgeable. I was at two other pool locations in the area asking questions and looking at prices and this was definitely the best of the three! I had been to the pizza hut so many times next door and never stopped in. I am really glad I did
