Disappointed. Our table was extremely small for two people to have meals and a drink. My salmon picatta came out extremely undercooked, mushy in the middle. The entire dish (asparagus, tomatoes, mashed potatoes) was lukewarm at best. I asked the server for another piece of fish since I couldn’t safely eat what I was served. She offered a half apology, and 15 minutes later I was brought a piece of dry salmon. No sauce or capers, just a dry plain piece of fish. Very disappointing. My husband took me out for my birthday and I pick The Fairmont. We enjoyed everything about this restaurant. My husband ordered, in his words, "The most delicious pizza ever the Chicken bacon avocado!" I really enjoyed the Salmon Piccata! We highly recommend The Fairmont Cocktail Bar.
Came to the Fairmount for my birthday dinner this year and overall had a wonderful time! The food and drinks were amazing - their dirty martini was delicious and customizable with olive type and they had the option to have it up. I also enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, the lighting is dim and moody and there are mini lamps at each table to light up your food.
