Second time visiting the Fairmont, my old fashion was made perfectly, food is outstanding, along with service and atmosphere
Good food
Always a fun time. Great cocktails, an amazing, lively atmosphere and very good service. There's a wonderful patio out back, and they stretch the season out by having heaters and a few individual geodesic domes (at least during winter '25-'26). My only complaint is that it's so popular, sometimes (mostly on weekend nights), it can be pretty loud. But that shows how popular it is!
