Trustworthy and Knowledgeable. I became a patient 7 years ago when moving to the area. my current dentist at the time was always finding issues that needed fixed. At the time of my transfer I was told by the previous dentist that I needed a crown removed and a cavity addressed and then a new crown applied. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Shock at Fairmount Family Dentist ever since the practice started. I have always had a lot of anxiety associated with the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Shock who has helped ease that anxiety with his excellent care and expertise. He is the best in the business!
Super friendly staff that treat you like a friend or family member. Dr. Shock himself is the perfect blend of professional expertise and hometown heart. He takes the time to explain procedures in plain English, and you never feel rushed or like just another appointment on the calendar.
I recently visited Fairmount Family Dentist as a new patient and I am so confident that I made the right choice in Dr. Shock and his staff providing me with the most proficient, comprehensive dental care. My commute to his office was roughly 45 minutes but the quality of care was worth the drive. Their staff is friendly, welcoming and listened to my questions and had knowledgable answers.
