Although the crew was 30 minutes late and arrived outside the appointment window, they performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I feared this was going to require an expensive replacement of a door panel. But they were able to repair everything in only one hour with no parts replacement. The real surprise was how reasonable the rate was. I described the work to two different friends who each estimated the cost to be higher. Highly recommended.
Zack was knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my garage door issue in just a few minutes and explained what the problem was. I would highly recommend Fairmount Garage Doors.
