This is my favourite dentist! Clean and bright office. Convenient area. Now that I’ve moved away, I would travel to see them! Monica is always a great help and caring, she’s also gentle when cleaning and polishing teeth. Dr. Caragea is knowledgeable and explains himself well, he’s efficient, and thorough. He is not pushy, he does not try to add services or procedures that are not needed. Would definitely recommend!
Best dentist and team ever! The dr is very thorough, very patient and I am one very fussy client! I've been scared to death of dentists generally, but now I feel comfortable enough to sit through every procedure (not without fuss, but I can make it). Thank you for everything you do, teach, and for every advice I get from you to make an informed decision!
I've been going here for a few years now. They're always professional, answer all my questions and do a great job cleaning my teeth :)
I’m not sure if this practice is new, but the front desk staff definitely seem inexperienced with handling insurance. I spoke with Monica on the phone and provided all my details, including my insurance information, as I was visiting from out of province and needed a one-time appointment. Despite that, she discouraged me from booking. I ended up going to Southcentre Dental instead, where my insurance worked without any issues and the staff went above and beyond to help. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your time here... read more
