I’m not sure if this practice is new, but the front desk staff definitely seem inexperienced with handling insurance. I spoke with Monica on the phone and provided all my details, including my insurance information, as I was visiting from out of province and needed a one-time appointment. Despite that, she discouraged me from booking. I ended up going to Southcentre Dental instead, where my insurance worked without any issues and the staff went above and beyond to help. Monica and Dr caragea are very friendly and committed to helping retoreyour smile. Willing and easygoing relaxing surgery I watched TV while I got a root canal. They had to keep me awake a few time believe or no lol
