Several years ago, our mother was at Fairmount and for the last three years my brother has been a resident of this fabulous assisted living facility! Tons of activities daily, excellent quality meals, and the biggest strength of this facility is the management and staff! The staff is kind, caring, attentive and efficient, which makes all the difference in the world! My father (Steve B.) moved into Fairmount three weeks ago and my family and I couldn't be more pleased, grateful and relieved with how well his transition to his new home has gone. The grounds and common areas are welcoming, lovely, very clean and well cared for. My father's personal living space is very comfortable and they encouraged us to make it as homey as we would like. Nichole, patty and Bonnie in the rooke house, Are so great not only to my grandmother but to everyone they are so genuine and so caring and attentive to not only the needs of the residence but to the visitors as well. Lady’s like this are the reason this place deserves a 10 stars.
My Mom has been a resident of Fairmount since December 2022. It's been a great relief to have a place for my Mom to stay where I know she is safe, valued, and her physical and mental wellbeing provided for. It is clear that Fairmount treats her as a person who is part of a community, and not simply a patient to be dealt with.
